FAQ

Why does the app ask for the camera?: The front camera is a live mirror your child plays in. Nothing is recorded or saved — see our privacy policy.
Why does the app ask for the microphone?: It listens for the sound of running water so the 20-second wash timer starts by itself — wet hands never need to touch the screen. Only loudness is measured; no audio is recorded.
What if I decline camera or microphone access?: Everything still works: the germ game switches to a tap-to-play cartoon scene, and the timer has a manual Start button.
My child's progress disappeared.: Progress is stored only on the device. Deleting the app removes it, and the "Reset Progress" button on the home screen restarts the game (dress-up gear is kept).
